Rod’s Corner

Rods Corner
This issue of The Element is all about dedication. At Saskatchewan Minerals, dedication means commitment to constant improvement, community support, and, most importantly, loyalty to our customers and suppliers.

You will see our dedication in projects such as our Gate Change Program that we most recently implemented. Not only does our business rely on the commitment of our employees, but it also finds strength through what our valued customers have to say. It is the feedback that we obtain from them that provides us with the most important measure of quality and service.

Having relied solely on suggestions from our customers, Saskatchewan Minerals implemented the Gate Change Program and has been able to improve the customer experience by responding to individual needs quickly and identifying the solution effectively.

Besides our dedication to the improvement of our quality management processes, we have always strongly committed ourselves to community. Both through our involvement in the Credit Union Queen City Marathon and with the Movember initiative, a campaign that sees men grow a moustache in November to help raise money for Prostate Cancer Canada. Forging strong relationships with our community, our clientele, and our workers is at the core of how Saskatchewan Minerals operates. It has always been, and will always be, an important part of who we are as a company.

I can definitely say that our dedication to community and loyalty to our customers is just as important as product quality and improvement.

With this, I encourage you to read the articles and watch the videos that accompany them. If you have you any questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

I look forward to sharing a prosperous and healthy 2012 with you.

Rodney J. McCann
